  • All cigars are stored in a humidity and temperature-controlled cigar vault.
  • All cigars are guaranteed to be fresh. If you are not 100% satisfied with your cigar purchase you may return any remaining cigars for a full refund.

Return policy

  • Cigars must be returned within three (3) weeks in original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Original receipt must accompany all returns.
  • Please notify Arnold's Tobacco Shop by e-mail at INFO@ARNOLDSTOBACCO.COM or phone (516) 454-1795 when returning any package.
  • Please insure package for full value when making a return.

Purchase policy

  • All shipments must be signed for - no package will be left at the door since items are perishable if not cared for properly.
  • Minimum order of $30.00 required for all purchases.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  • All gift purchases can be gift wrapped and a note card enclosed upon request at no additional charge.
  • We gladly accept mastercard, visa, diners club, and american express.
  • Payment can be made by money order or certified check.
  • If an item is out of stock we will notify you by e-mail.
  • We do not ship Cigars or Tobacco Products to the states of South Dakota or Utah.

  • Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within new york state we do not sell tobacco products to anyone under 21 years of age.
