- All cigars are stored in a humidity and temperature-controlled cigar vault.
- All cigars are guaranteed to be fresh. If you are not 100% satisfied with your cigar purchase you may return any remaining cigars for a full refund.
Return policy
- Cigars must be returned within three (3) weeks in original packaging
- Shipping fees are not refundable
- Original receipt must accompany all returns

- Please insure package for full value when making a return

- All shipments must be signed for - no package will be left at the door since items are perishable if not cared for properly
- Minimum order of $30.00 required for all purchases
