Arturo Fuente Anejo Cigars were originally released in very small amounts in 2000. They still remain an extremely rare cigar. This is due to the very special filler/binder blend which consists of Hemingway, Don Carlos, and Opus X tobaccos. The wrapper leaf is a Connecticut broadleaf maduro that is aged in old cognac barrels for up to 8 months. Due to the blend of special tobaccos and the extra process Fuente's Anejo cigars are even more rare than the elusive Fuente Opus X."
