SAVINELLI SHAPES
On the following
pages you will find the many shapes Savinelli has designed followed by
the many series produced by our factory.
It is important to note that ever shape shown on the shape charts is not
necessarily produced for every series shown. To determine just what shape
is available for any one particular series, you must first find the page
series it is featured on. In most cases you will find a complete list
of production shapes to the right of each series.
For example, you will find that there are
28 different shapes produced for the Alligator Black series.
Some series are produced in a fewer number
of shapes, while others are produced in a greater number. Still others
are only produced in a Pre-Assorted package and shapes cannot be specified.
Most of the shapes shown on a listing are usually in stock but, occasionally
a shape may not be in stock. In such a case the shape can be put on backorder
or, a close substitute can be chosen.
PIPE SIZE
Below each
of the pipe shapes shown on the shape charts you will find the shape number.
The number may or may not include an additional notation.
If no notation follows the number it signifies that the shape is REGULAR
in size. The notation KS after the shape is EXTRAORDINAIRE in size which
is the largest size shapes made.
As a reference to the difference in sizes
between the three type shapes explained above, the following list shows
approximately how much tobacco each size can handle.
REGULAR 2.5-3 grams
KING SIZE 3.5-4 grams
EXTRAORDINAIRE 4.5-5 grams
Note: EX shapes are only available in series that are only produced in EX shapes.
