LARSEN MODEL SHEET

     There are just as many different W.O. larsen handmade pipes as there are people who smoke them. Our latest lines are featured on the following Model Sheets. Combine them with the Finish descriptions (Two Tone & Select) and assemble a harmonic collection of your own. The Model Sheet does not include our Straight Grain pipes.
      By its very nature imperfections often occur in the grain. W.O. Larsen goes to great length to ensure only the most beautifully structured wood is selected in order to avoid as far as possible what might be described as "mistakes". As a consequence, no two W.O. Larsen pipes are ever the same, the same model will vary in shape and other models will be introduced from time to time.
      A silhouette of each model is shown on the Model Sheets with its own Handmade # the cross-section drawing in the right hand corner illustrates the shape of the shank (e.g. round shank, etc.). The designation "9/.." in front of the Handmade # denotes models produced specifically for 9mm filters.
      Possible variations on each model are listed below: Cumberland mouthpiece, Special Type 1 and Type 2 (see Special descriptions for details and materials).
